  Carefully pack your items in their original Puure packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
